Who is the Primary Authority?

Run by Cornwall Council, they have an assured, professional team of specialist officers that can help with any regulatory matter to do with trading standards, health and safety, and fire.

How does this help Puckator?

They give us instant advice and contact across multiple local authority areas that helps to cut down on red tape if queries are raised.

What does this mean for customers?

Primary authority is a support network for Puckator, and allows us to make sure we are up to date with all regulatory and legal processes and guidelines.  If we have queries relating to labelling or product questions they can advise us from a legal standing and if we have any product issues raised by another trading standards authority, they are the point of contact that deals with the authority and makes sure that if we need to issue a product recall that we do so correctly.
