Our Minimum Order is Changing for Deliveries to the EU

On the 1st of July, the rules for importing into and within the EU are changing. These changes are not related to Brexit and were originally due to come into force on the 1st of January. The aim is to simplify VAT obligations for companies carrying out cross-border sales of goods and services under the value of 150€ (£135).

To keep things simple and to keep disruption for all our customers to a minimum, we will be increasing our minimum order value for deliveries to the EU to 150€(£135) net from the 22nd of June. The minimum order value of the UK and the Rest of the World locations will remain at £75 net on www.puckator.co.uk.

We still believe that with 150€, we have the lowest minimum order with free delivery out of any wholesale gift supplier in the EU. We will continue to ship goods into the EU with UPS via our Dutch company Puckator BV until our EDC is operational later in the year. UPS delivery times are on average still between 7 – 14 days and remember, there are no duties or taxes to pay on deliveries into the EU with Puckator.
