Do you need a certificate to sell these products?
No, although we have some dragon figurines that come with sword-shaped letter openers. These do not come with any specific safety information, but we recommend they are not sold to anyone under the age of 18.
What are the products made from?
Models are predominantly composed of resin, and some of these may have stainless steel elements. The paperweights are made from synthetic fibre and sand.
Are these gifts suitable as toys for children?
Dragon gifts are not suitable as toys for children and babies. However, some gifts may be suitable for decorative purposes and keepsakes for christenings etc.
How are the products packaged?

What happens if my items arrive damaged?
We take care to ensure our packaging does all it can to prevent damage but we can't prevent every eventuality. If your goods arrive damaged just drop us a line at customerservices@puckator.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order details and we will arrange returns.
